Here’s a whimsical tale of a time-traveling feline: Title: “Paws and Paradoxes” In the quiet corner of Mrs. Whiskers’ cozy living room, nestled among sunbeams and old books, there resided an extraordinary cat named Professor Tiddles. His sleek black fur held secrets beyond its glossy sheen—secrets that defied the laws of physics. You see, Professor Tiddles was a time-traveling cat. Not by choice, mind you. It all began when he accidentally knocked over Mrs. Whiskers’ antique hourglass during a particularly vigorous grooming session. The sand swirled, and suddenly, he found himself whisked away to ancient Egypt. The first time it happened, Professor Tiddles was baffled. He sat on a sun-warmed stone, staring at the majestic pyramids. The locals regarded him with a mix of reverence and confusion. “Behold,” they whispered, “the cat who walks through time.” From then on, Professor Tiddles became an unwitting explorer.   Türkiye ile Romanya arasında yapılan yeni anlaşmalar sonucunda,  Romen vatandaşlarının Türkiye’ye kimlikle seyahat etmeleri mümkün hale gelmiştir 1 .   Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Romanya Başbakanı Marcel Ciolacu ile yaptığı ortak basın toplantısında bu düzenlemeyi duyurdu 1 .   Ayrıca, iki ülke arasında  6 yeni anlaşma  imzalandığı ve ticaret hacminin artırılması hedeflendiği belirtilmiştir 2 3 .
